YOGA

Yoga means "unity" in Sanskrit.  The union is with the breath and the body.  Syncing the breath to the movement helps to cultivate a sense of overall calmness in your being.  

Yoga will also help to build strength and improve flexibility. It can foster a feeling of inner peace and confidence on the mat as you practice.  

These benefits are immeasurable when taken off the mat, bringing that awareness into everyday life!
